About Khao Yai Escape
Khao Yai Escape is an independent travel guide focused entirely on one region: Khao Yai and the surrounding countryside of Nakhon Ratchasima province. We started this site because, despite Khao Yai’s growth as a destination, good English-language information about it was scattered across forums, outdated blog posts and listing sites with obvious commercial bias.
Our goal is simple — to give travellers clear, practical, honestly-written guides to where to stay, where to eat, and what to do, so planning a trip here takes less digging and less guesswork.
A Single Region, Covered Properly
Rather than trying to cover all of Thailand thinly, we’ve chosen to go deep on one region. That means dedicated guides to Khao Yai’s private pool villas and luxury stays, its restaurants and cafes, and the national park and countryside that make the area worth visiting in the first place.
The site is a work in progress, growing guide by guide, and we’d rather publish fewer pages done properly than pad the site out with thin, generic content.
